Kaduna Park’s Family Picnic Day saw over 200 residents welcomed to the homestead for the first time with gourmet food and live music. The picnic was a great way to build the Kaduna Park community, with residents meeting their future neighbours while touring their new estate.
Kaduna Park will soon be home to a new display village, due to open mid-2019, which will showcase sophisticated and modern designs from 17 of Melbourne’s best builders. Meanwhile, the prestigious suite of townhouses Corbin Walk by Sienna Homes will set new benchmarks for functional yet beautiful townhouses in the South East.
In community news, Timbermill Café welcomed new owners and Timbertop residents, Jo Whitney and Travis Murphy, who took over the café in January. It’s been a busy few months, but they are loving their new venture into hospitality.
Fellow Timbertop residents Dr. Mark Yee and his wife Melissa celebrated their one year anniversary in the Timbertop Estate. Eden Facey-Smith, Sales Consultant at Parklea and among the fifth-generation of prominent Facey developers in the South East, reflected on his journey into land development and sales.
In other news, the Pakenham Show delighted families with the unexpected Australian Reptile Show, presented by Reptile Encounters, while the Timbertop Estate Residents’ Group hosted the family favourite Moonlight Cinema night at Hicks Reserve and the Timbertop Wine and Cheese tasting event at D’Angelo’s Estate. Upcoming events are sure to be as successful, including the Emerald ANZAC Day Dawn Service, the Yakerboo Festival, the Pakenham Art Show and shows at the Cardinia Cultural Centre.
