Ridglea Estate – Pakenham East
About This Project
Introducing Ridgelea Estate, Pakenham East’s largest residential estate yet.
The upcoming Pakenham East land estate will comprise up to 3,500 lots and is part of the Pakenham East Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) which outlines the vision for a new community that will extend the existing Pakenham township.
Planning for the 15-year project is well underway, with Parklea anticipating to start selling Ridgelea Estate land in 2020. The development will exemplify community living, with a master planned estate including a variety of community facilities planned for residents to enjoy, while still maintaining the traditional Parklea style.
The PSP, prepared by the Cardinia Shire Council and Victorian Planning Authority comprises approximately 630 hectares bounded by Princes Freeway to the south, Mount Ararat Road North and South to the east, and Deep Creek and Ryan Road to the west.
The vision for the Ridgelea Estate is a selfsustaining community with plenty of local facilities and open space. The estate will exude community growth and provide Pakenham East residents with approximately 7,100 dwellings catering for 20,000-22,000 people.
In addition to housing, Ridglea Estate will include a town centre, convenience centre, two sporting reserves, two government primary schools, a non-government primary school, a government secondary school, parks and waterways.
Pakenham East has developed into a vibrant growing community, with easy access to the newly upgraded Monash Freeway, close proximity to shopping centres, schools, childcare facilities and the Pakenham train station with high-speed trains to be installed in the coming years. Pakenham East will provide convenience and accessibility to its new residents of Ridgelea.Visit website
