With the development of the Mernda Shopping Centre, local sports precinct and aquatic centre this growing community is becoming a popular destination for families. The project is 95% complete with strong sales on very difficult lots due to site fall.

Planning approvals are progressing incredibly well at Kaduna Park (Officer South), Pakenham East, Torquay and Wonthaggi, paving the way for a productive 2016.

Have a safe and enjoyable holiday and we’ll see you in the new year!
