Parklea was founded in 1974 by Andrew Facey and has since established extensive experience in commercial and residential projects.

 

Andrew Facey started Parklea already with a world of property knowledge he gathered from working at the third generation agency of Frank Facey Real Estate based in Dandenong.

 

This invaluable experience taught Andrew about the importance of community and his dedication provided him with opportunities into a wider geographical area covering Greater Melbourne and beyond.

 

At Parklea we embrace every project as an opportunity to bring our vision and values to life. We regularly evaluate our day-to-day activities to ensure they are inline with the core principals in which Parklea was developed.

 

We are passionate about innovation, environmental sustainability and quality in design, engineering, construction and delivery. We combine our expertise and forward-thinking with our passion for communities to help shape the way in which Victoria lives, works and plays.

 

To deliver to these promises, Parklea has a small, close-knit team of specialists in engineering, town planning, project management and strong, established relationships with specialised consultants in which we engage when required.

 

Parklea is now the largest broad acre land holder within the Cardinia Shire in Melbourne’s East with new residential and commercial projects in the pipeline.
